Returns & Exchanges Policy

As a general policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges for correctly delivered products. However, if you receive:
✅ A wrong item (different from your order confirmation)
✅ A defective or damaged product due to a manufacturing issue

We are happy to offer a full refund, a replacement, or another suitable resolution.

Conditions for Returns:

• The item must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and untampered.

• It should be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, or if it is damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery:

Exchange & Refund Guidelines

• Each exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

• Since our products are handmade, minor variations in color, texture, or design are natural and will not be considered defects.

• Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The shipping address was incorrect or incomplete.

  • There were three failed delivery attempts by the courier.

  • The package was refused by the recipient.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-8 business days.

• If paid via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the original card.

• If paid through a payment gateway, the amount will be refunded to the same account.
